Good to know

Please note that orders of over 10 helmet covers are packed and shipped together with one label to optimize packing and shipping costs.

We manufacture our helmet covers exclusively from first class quality material in our own workshop. We work with smaller amounts of materials on stock to keep our manufacturing process as flexible as possible. Please allow a couple extra days for purchasing and manufacturing when you place a bigger order.

Prices indicated here do not include the value of VAT.

VAT for customers placing an order from an EU country is 27%. You can order VAT exempt if you have a community tax number (EU VAT number). Please, make sure to include your community tax number in your order so that we could charge the price accordingly.

VAT for customers placing an order from a non-EU country is 0%.

Return Policy

We have a huge variety of great products to choose from so it might happen that you change your mind after you place your order. No need to worry, we have a solution for everything.

The steps to request a replacement:

  1. If you change your mind before we ship your order (usually 24-48 hours after the order is placed), simply let us know how you wish to change your order and we adjust it accordingly. In case of a price difference, the final chargeable amount is adjusted according to the price of the replacement product.
  2. If you change your mind while the product is on its way to you, first please, let us know about the change and we register your request. Kindly wait for the package to arrive and simply reject the package. It will be shipped back at no cost. When we receive the package, we refund the price of your order within 5 days.
  3. If you receive your order and change your mind, we can still do a replacement, just let us know you wish to make a change via email upon 3 days of receiving the original product. We register your request and get ready to send a replacement product.

Please, mail back the product you wish to have replaced within 7 days of registering a replacement request. Kindly send us the proof of shipping (eg. snapshot of the mailing receipt) and we do a refund within 5 days.

Further important information:

  1. Please, kindly note that custom made products cannot be refunded.
  2. We can replace only unused and undamaged products.
  3. In case of any quality issue claims, we examine the request on an individual basis. We kindly ask you to send us a description about the issue with some pictures so that we could better understand what went wrong and could solve the problem accordingly.
