The only thing we ask is please, first send back the product you want to have replaced so that it could be cleared in our inventory, and properly changed or refunded.
If you have placed an order and fall in love with another helmet cover before the payment is completed, we can make the change happen in our system, no trouble, just let us know through any channel (chat, phone, email, smoke signals, according to your preference). In case of a price difference, the final chargeable amount is adjusted according to the price of the replacement product.
Please, bear in mind that we can offer free shipping only once if you choose the Free Shipping option. The costs of returning the product to us and reshipping it to you are incurred on your side.
In the unlikely event that you wish to have a refund (refund method: only via PayPal), please, also note that the cost of shipping is built in the prices of our products. For this reason, unfortunately, this cost will need to be deducted from the refund after the helmet cover is shipped back. Please, note that custom made products cannot be refunded.
