For this reason, Evercover cannot and won’t be held liable for content shared with copyright infringement.

In any other cases, Evercover will directly seek permission to use content you shared with the company and will make sure that you understand the terms and conditions of sharing your content.

Evercover will not sell any content shared by its customers or seek any direct financial gain from these contents. The intended use of content is to showcase its products and the quality of products through customer satisfaction. Evercover may use your content including but not limited to social media platforms, advertisement campaigns, commercial materials (such as catalogues, advertisements, DM letters etc.) in digital or printed format.
